Common Name: Bamburanta, Never-Never plant.  45cm tall. As a member of the Marantaceae family, Ctenanthe lubbersiana is best known for its attractive foliage. Just like the other prayer plant species, its long, oval leaves also fold up during the night. But during the day, when they’re open, you’ll surely be caught by the beauty of its uniquely variegated foliage.  In its natural habitat, it grows under tree canopies. Hence, it’s used to receive dappled light. When taken as a houseplant, Ctenanthe lubbersiana light requirements remain the same.
