Eugenia ventenati Lillypilly.  A versatile, quick growing evergreen shrub with glossy, dark green foliage and bronze-red new growth, producing small white flowers during Summer. May be grown as a feature plant, topiary work or planted out and trimmed to create hedges and screens. Best grown in a sunny position where soils are fertile and free-draining. Tolerates dry periods and suitable for growing in coastal locations. Usually grows to about 4m x 2.5m if left untrimmed.
